If you place an order with us or enquire about our products, either by telephone, at an event or via our website we will take your personal details to enable us to fulfil that order/answer your enquiry.

If you join our mailing you volunteer your personal details so that we can contact you.

As with the majority of websites, we collect cookies to enhance user experience and to enable our site to properly function.

Information We Do Not Collect

When you pay for our products via Paypal or iZettle we do not have access to your credit card details.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use your information to process orders and to keep a record of products that you have purchased.

We also use your information to send you marketing material, either by email or post, of things that we are doing that we think may interest you. If you no longer wish to receive marketing material you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

Security

Information about you will be kept safe and secure. We hold information on a single hard drive accessed via a computer which has a Firewall and is virus protected. We also keep local back-ups of information in case of hard-drive failure.

We also keep paper copies of orders and invoices.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post these changes on this webpage so you know what information we collect and how we use it.

Who we share your personal information with and why?

We only share your personal information with other organisations to enable us to fulfil your order or to communicate with you. These may include, but are not limited to, a delivery service such as Royal Mail, a customs service for goods entering your country, and a mail service such as Mailchimp.

We do not sell or disclose your personal information except as outlined above or as may be required by law.

How long do we keep personal information?

We keep personal information as long as you are a client of ours or as long as we need to keep it to comply with our legal obligations.
