Art in Bloom began life as the publishers of the limited edition and open edition prints of Karen Hollis.

A BRIGHTON & HOVE ARTISTS OPEN HOUSE Exhibitng the work of a selection of artists.

In relocating to Hove, Art in Bloom discovered an new outlet for exhibiting the striking prints of Karen Hollis. Artists Open Houses is a very popular creative event that happens during May/June and involves around 200 venues opening their rooms to the public for the purpose of admiring and buying works of art.

In 2018 we joined the Brighton and Hove Artists Open Houses and during May we displayed the work of host and floral painter Karen Hollis throughout our new Victorian house and up to the top floor art studio.

As new arrivals to Brighton & Hove becoming members of Hove Arts was a great way to meet people and to integrate into the local arts scene.

The event was so enjoyable that in 2019 six more artists were invited to join the house and the curated art was displayed throughout the ground floor and out into the garden.

Artists Open Houses 2020 was sadly cancelled due to covid but 2021 and 2022 were very successful events as we added more new artists. We are looking forward to opening again in 2023 and do hope you will visit us.
